                    Anal Fissure.
It is a tear on mucosa of anal canal. Many patients with chronic constipation passes hard motions which requires excessive strain over anal canal eventually give rise to tear on anal canal.
Other many ailments also causes anal fissure.
Burning sensation after motion, pain in anus, itching at anus, bleeding after defecation are main symptoms of fissure.
This fissure may infect to abscess formation.
Fissure more than six months give rise to a tag on anus.
